Thanks to everyone who was praying for our sweet boy the last few days. For those of you who didn't hear, Blake had a fever and cough that started during the night early Tuesday. He went to the doctor and got admitted to the pediatric unit for 48 hours of iv antibiotics because he is so young. This included 4 iv attmepts (plus 3 actual iv's), a blood culture, urine culture, lumbar puncture to check spinal fluid, nasal culture, and two injections of antibiotics. (Twelve pokes total!!!) :( We are so thankful that Blake was found to have a virus that didn't require further treatment. He is eating well (always did, thankfully so didn't require iv fluids) and has his sweet smile back. We are so grateful for the care we received and that he is on the mend!! Thanks again for your thoughts, prayers, visits, texts, phone calls, and coffee for me! :)

Sweet little boy! So glad he is doing better Trish! Julie told me he was in the hospital, so we were keeping him in our thoughts and prayers.
I had no idea he was here! I'm so sorry he got sick :(. Glad to hear he's on the mend. Let me know if you need anything.
